Talk Therapy

Individual Therapy:

Individual therapy provides a safe and nonjudgemental space for you to be able to come and work through areas of concern including life transitions, relationship/family issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and grief/loss. Working individually can be a vehicle to exploring more about who you are, your values, learning ways to set healthy boundaries, and setting intentions for yourself. I offer individual therapy for both adults and adolescents .

Family Therapy:

Families are complex and ever changing. As we age, our relationships with our families begin to shift and managing our relationships and feelings around these changes can be confusing. Whether it’s welcoming a new child, mourning the loss of a family member, going through divorce, blending families, marriage, or dealing with physical distance. I enjoy working with families to help improve communication skills with each other as well as helping to adapt to restructuring dynamics.
